1.Fill out the damage declaration form.
2.Take a photo of the accident scene.
3.Take more photos.

If another vehicle is involved in the accident:
1.Fill out the accident report form. (It can be found in the glove compartment.)
2.Take a photo of the accident scene.
3.Call our customer support hotline.

Question 3: What services are included in the monthly rental fee of the vehicle?

The monthly rental fee of the vehicle includes periodic maintenance, inspection, insurance, and MTV payment services.
